If you choose to cancel
If you cancel less than 10 days before, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.
If you want to rebook well in advance (no later than 10 days before the trip), you can do so on the purchase page. Find your confirmation email that you received when you bought the tickets and follow the instructions. You can only rebook for a tour with the same title, then there are no more tours with your title, you will have to wait until the next setup. Keep an eye on the calendar.
On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.
Weather conditions
Safety and good conditions are top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to endure the experience. Should this happen, we will contact you so that you can find a new date together.
